Steve Studley, CEO of The Hasson Company, graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. Prior to working at Hasson, Steve was the direct sales manager for Wynn’s ITW in Azusa, California, where he worked with several major accounts, such as Chrysler, General Motors, Mercedes Benz USA, and more. Steve joined Hasson in 2008, eventually taking on a role identifying growth opportunities in Southwest Washington and overseeing operations for Hasson's Vancouver branch. In 2015, Steve built a small real estate team of his own based out of Hasson's Vancouver office. Then, in January 2018, he was named CEO, succeeding founder Mike Hasson who served as the company's Director of Strategic Planning until his passing in December 2020.
Steve's real estate practice and leadership philosophy is all about developing meaningful personal connections. He is committed to this value as a guiding principle as he engages with Hasson's employees, brokers, and clients and with our industry colleagues locally, nationally, and globally. In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling, coaching soccer, giving back to the community, and spending time with his two daughters.

Lesli Fox - Bend office
Lynae has been with the company since 1992; she began as a broker and was later promoted to Managing Principal Broker. And now, as company President, all offices report to her directly as she oversees the real estate activities of the brokers, as well as overseeing the operations of the company. Lynae is dedicated to keeping up-to-date on market topics and is an active member of the real estate community. In 2016, she received PMAR Master’s Circle Managing Broker of the Year award and has participated in various committees such as Oregon Real Estate Agency Statute Review Committee (2016), Property Disclosure Revision Committee (2016-2017), OAR Business Issues Committee, and is a current member, and former chairperson of the PMAR Risk Management Committee. Lynae is a life-long Oregonian with a passion for boating, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and 4 children.

Ronda Joseph - Northeast/Irving office
As the Managing Broker, Tonia leads our Vancouver office by providing support, coaching, and industry insight for her Brokers. Her real estate experience spans more than 40 years; Tonia sold her first home in 1973. A true entrepreneur, Tonia has first-hand experience in housing construction and runs a motocross engine development company with her husband. She’s won numerous industry awards and designations, is a certified Real Estate Instructor, and is completely ingrained with the Clark County Real Estate community; all of which inform and empower her ability to support the office. Additionally, Tonia has served both as a Director and as Chair of the Grievance Committee of the board and currently serves as the Ombudsman for the Clark County Association of Realtors.

Marin Sinclair - Vancouver office
Raised in Southwest Portland, Andrew Misk is a true Oregonian with a passion for this region. He took time away from the Pacific Northwest when he attended TCU in Fort Worth, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Andrew is the Managing Principal Broker of both the Hasson Portland Uptown and Northeast/Irving offices. In addition to his 14 years of real estate experience, he successfully renovated houses and multi-family properties and gained the ability to project long and short-term project costs. Andrew’s keen financial understanding of the industry aids in his ability to cultivate strategic approaches for brokers to succeed in their business.

Matt Brown - Portland Uptown & Vancouver office
Ginger Burke has lived in Portland the majority of her life, having left the city only to receive her undergraduate and law degrees at Willamette University in Salem. Before entering the real estate world in 2014, Ginger practiced law as a criminal prosecutor in Clackamas County from 1996–2002. Her legal background provides extensive experience with advocacy and negotiation, and she is committed to the finest and most ethical representation for her clients. Ginger now serves as a managing principal broker at Hasson’s Lake Oswego office. Ginger has invested in Portland real estate for the past two decades and knows the market intimately.
Joni Schaber is a native of the Pacific Northwest. With over 25 years of real estate industry experience and over 15 years of mortgage banking experience, Joni is a knowledgeable resource for each step of the real estate process. She works hard to understand and cater to the unique needs and goals of each of her clients. Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, Joni serves as the Managing Principal Broker of Hasson’s Portland East office.
Joni is a member of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors Ethics Committee (PMAR) and part of the RMLS Rules and Regulations Committee. She has earned the designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and has extensive experience in investment properties, 1031 Exchange, downsizing, move-up, and first-time buyers.

Tim Morgan - Portland East office
Patrice has been licensed as a Realtor® since 1975, and has served as the Director of Relocation for The Hasson Company since 1993. Patrice has called Colorado, Wisconsin, California, Virginia and Oregon home and knows the relocation experience inside and out. In her time at Hasson, Patrice has been awarded multiple regional and national awards for her devotion to broadening the scope and capabilities of Relocation offices, including the 2011 Leading Real Estate Hall of Fame award. Patrice was the 2012-13 President of the Portland Relocation Council, and regularly speaks at Relocation conferences and workshops.

Dallas Forbes is a true Oregonian who grew up in Milwaukie and graduated from Milwaukie High School. Upon graduation, Dallas transformed his passions for photography and scuba diving into a twelve-year career as an underwater photographer and scuba instructor. Dallas excelled in this field and enjoyed his time traveling the world. When Dallas returned to Oregon he decided to apply the technological knowledge he acquired from working with advanced equipment into a hands-on role with the Hasson Company. As the Director of Information Systems, Dallas oversees large company projects to ensure optimal connectivity is achieved.

Kendall deLancellotti - Lake Oswego office
Raised in Wasilla, Alaska, Jenny moved to Oregon in 2000 for college. After graduation, she pursued a career with Enterprise Holdings, where she was a top performer and managed multiple locations throughout Oregon before becoming a regional manager in the Portland area. Throughout her 15 year career at Enterprise, Jenny was recognized for helping teams create a strong service culture, cultivating employee development, and helping others drive profit and growth within their business.
As the Director of Business & Professional Development at Hasson, Jenny heads up the company’s agent recruitment, onboarding, and agent success initiatives as well as community-building initiatives through event planning and philanthropic outreach. Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, her son, Jax, and friends. She loves visiting Oregon vineyards and traveling to visit her family in Alaska and elsewhere throughout the world.
Originally from a small town in South Carolina’s Piedmont region (about 15 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina), Cynthia Saylor moved to Hawaii in January 2000 to cover a maternity leave for a teacher at a private school on the Leeward Coast of Oahu. What was planned as a six-month adventure turned into a 17-year sojourn in the islands, including nearly 15 years on Hawaii Island (the Big Island) where Cynthia met her husband and began her career in real estate.
Cynthia’s experience in the education field combined with her philosophy and communications studies has served as a solid foundation for her work in the real estate industry. In 2008, after working for just over a year as an administrative assistant at an East Hawaii brokerage and then obtaining her Hawaii real estate license, Cynthia published her first blog post on the Clark Realty Corporation website—which was, for several years, Hawaii Island’s most highly-trafficked real estate site. After serving in various roles at Clark Realty over the next decade, she was invited to become the VP of Marketing in 2018 and led a complete rebrand after the company’s founder passed away unexpectedly and the business structure changed from a corporation to an LLC.
Named The Hasson Company’s Director of Marketing & Technology in August 2021, Cynthia is now leading Hasson’s next website redesign project and coordinating all things martech. She is especially excited to take on this role in such a design-forward community that celebrates creativity, encourages self-expression, and cultivates respect for the natural environment that serves as the backdrop of the lives we are so fortunate to live in this special place.
